If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund once the product has been returned. We Maintain a ‘Closed Box Delivery’ Policy
If any defects (damaged, defective, or wrong product) are discovered after opening the box, please inform us as soon as possible (no later than one day) through WhatsApp at +880 1827 889922 or via our Facebook Page – “SAM SKIN.” Be sure to include a picture or video as proof.
After consultation with management, we will either replace the product or adjust the payment accordingly.

- Products cannot be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the smell, texture, color, design, or any other aspect of the product.
- The Return Policy does not apply to allergic reactions caused by individual sensitivity to ingredients. Review the ingredients carefully before placing your order to avoid allergens.
- If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we may offer an exchange, provided you cover the return, reshipping, and delivery costs.
